Dinner for Six

Acts 2:46 “…They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts.” We are excited to share information about a new Fellowship ministry called “Dinner for Six.” Throughout the Bible we see the importance of eating or “breaking bread” together. Koinonia (“coy NO nyah / coin IN ee ah”) is a Greek word that occurs 20 times in the Bible. Koinonia’s primary meaning is “fellowship, sharing in common, communion.”
There is no agenda for “Dinner for Six”, but only a way to get to know one another. Information and sign-up sheet are in the Narthex. Couples, or singles, all are welcome!

Dinner for Six will start again in April with the groups being reshuffled to include new members who have signed up! A listing of the groups, with phone numbers and addresses, will be emailed out to each member early next week. The person at the top of the list in each group will be responsible for setting up the first get together. Don’t forget, your meal can be in the home or out at your local restaurant, some groups have even optioned to have Lunch instead of Dinner! It’s all about getting together and getting to know each other a little better. Should you have any questions, please contact the church office. Bon Appétit!
