Thursday's Thoughts from Pastor David Dendy 6-4-26

Have you ever walked into a room and wondered: 

"Do I belong here?"

Most of us have.

Whether it was a new school, a new job, a new neighborhood, or even a new church, there is something deep within each of us that longs to be welcomed, valued, and loved.

Perhaps that is why one of the most powerful questions we can ask is:

"What kind of place are we becoming?"

At Mountain View Presbyterian Church, we strive to be a place where people of every age, stage, and circumstance discover the love and grace of Jesus Christ.

This Sunday, we will gather for Communion, hear a report from our Hawaii Mission Team, and celebrate Commitment Sunday for our "Let the Little Children Come to Me" campaign.

As we prepare our hearts for worship, perhaps our prayer this week is simply:

"Lord, show me what You want to do through me."
