Goodbyes are strange.

Some are expected.
Some arrive too quickly.
Some leave us standing there wondering, “Now what?”

This Sunday, we explore one of the most overlooked moments in the entire New Testament: the Ascension of Jesus.

At first glance, it feels like a departure. But what if it was actually a beginning?

What if Jesus leaving was not abandonment… but empowerment?

Acts 1 reminds us that God often does His deepest work in seasons of transition, uncertainty, and change. The disciples thought they were watching the end of something.

They were actually standing at the starting line.
